H-Tech Solutions B.V. is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement.

2. What data do we process?

When you contact us by telephone, email, contact form or another channel, we may process your name, company, contact details, selected subject and message. Our website and hosting environment may also process technical data such as IP address, time, browser and device information to keep the website secure and reliable.

3. Why do we process this data?

• To answer questions and communicate with you.
• To prepare and perform quotations, agreements and services.
• To secure and maintain the availability of our website, systems and services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request, performance of an agreement, a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in secure and effective business operations.

4. Who receives the data?

We do not sell personal data. We only share data where necessary for our services, for example with hosting and IT providers. Contact-form messages are sent to H-Tech Solutions through Brevo as transactional email. We may also share data where required by law and make appropriate security and confidentiality arrangements with processors.

5. Retention

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. General enquiries are normally retained for up to two years after the last substantive contact, unless an agreement, legal retention duty or legitimate business reason requires longer retention.

6. Security and international transfers

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards required by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data and may object to processing. Not every right applies in every situation. We may verify your identity to prevent misuse.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions with significant consequences solely through automated processing and do not use this website for profiling.
